Jutda Helpdesk is designed to be easy to use, as ticket tracking systems are only useful when everybody makes use of them. To make use of a system, there must be low barriers to entry.
To ease the pain of implementing a new helpdesk management system, we have prepared a series of documents to cover issues such as installation, configuration, and getting started with the software. We trust that it will be useful for you, however if you have any queries or suggestions feel free to let us know.
Installation
Our installation guide covers the process of getting the software installed by telling your Django project about the Helpdesk software. Read the installation guide.
Configuration
Once installed, some minor helpdesk & system configuration is required to help things run like clockwork. Read the configuration guide.
Getting Started
To get yourself up and running with your flashy new ticket tracker we've prepared a simple 'Getting Started' document. Read the getting started guide.
Licensing
Jutda Helpdesk is distributed under the liberal BSD License. You must agree to the terms of this license if you download, install, or use Jutda Helpdesk.
Other Documentation
Coming soon! Whilst we're spending our time right now getting the software as useful as possible, we'll soon have the following documentation online:
