Jutda Helpdesk is currently available via Subversion (bleeding edge development version) or via a packaged download (older, but perhaps easier to install).

Please Note that Jutda Helpdesk is currently in beta and as such should be considered unstable and experimental software. Please be very wary when considering implementing this in a production environment.

Development Version

You can download the current development version via svn from our Google Code page using the following command:

svn checkout http://jutda-helpdesk.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ jutda-helpdesk-read-only

Release Versions

Although it’s still in beta, you can get a package of a recent build if you don’t want to use svn. Note that this will most likely mean that you will not have access to new features or bugfixes that are in the most recent development version.

Releases are available via the Jutda Helpdesk Download Page at Google Code.
